Personal training at Fitness By Design is a structured, coached service designed to deliver real results. Every 45-minute session is fully guided by an experienced Personal Trainer, with your programme carefully tailored to your goals, ability, and any physical or medical considerations. We don’t leave you to work things out alone, you are monitored and guided all session long, every session. We find just two to three session per week is suitable for most people, making it a realistic, sustainable approach that fits around busy lives while still helping you feel stronger, move better, and enjoy lasting improvements in your life.


Our state-of-the-art, medical-grade body composition scales go far beyond simple weight measurement. Our assessments provide a detailed, personalised report showing key health markers such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, fat-free mass, bone mass, BMI, metabolic age, basal metabolic rate (BMR), and visceral fat levels. For members in later stages of life, this insight is especially valuable in helping us focus on what truly matters for long-term health, strength, and mobility and not just the number on the scale. This allows us to see what is going on 'under the hood' and track internal changes from your training progress.
